After getting the run around from every large company that claimed to provide emergency services, Brandon answered my call at 11:30pm, got out of his bed, and came to to diagnose a burning electric smell that had permeated our home. He was able to find it's source (an open flame inside of our HVAC unit) and prevented my family from being in a house fire. Decency and care for others is alive and well. You just have to know where to look for it
BC Professional Electrical was great in fixing our electrical issues. We close on our house next week and they were able to get someone out to help us quickly and resolve our wiring issues. Competive hourly rates, knowledgable, ability to quickly resolve the isuue and caring for the people were big pluses. We hope we dont ever have any electrical issues in the future but if we do we will call BC Professional Electrical. Thank you Brandon and Brian for helping us. God bless.
Due to Mr. Electric standing me up yesterday, I called Professional Electrical Services after 2pm yesterday and Brandon was here around 6 to help me out with my issue. He worked dillegently until after 9:30pm to resolve my issue at a great price. Who goes to this extent to service their customers anymore.. I was uber impressed and would recommend this customer first company to anyone.
I would recommend this company for any electrical work had a huge tree to fall on my property and strip the wires from my meter thinking I would be out of power for a week I called BC Professional and was able to get my power on the same day very professional friendly the electrician who came out was very friendly and helpful went out the way to solve my issues I will always use this company for future electrical issues

I called several electricians to look at a small problem. All were nice but very busy. These guys came by within 3 hours. They were honest and professional and knowledgeable. It was a small job that they could have swept to a more convenient time but worked me in. I believe they would do great work on big or small job. I was impressed and will definitely recommend and use myself the next time I need a electrician.

Wow! Now I see why they're called the Professionals. Not only did these gentleman do a Great job on the install they went above and beyond to make sure everything look nice and neat and even cleaned up afterwards. The owner did a great job of communicating with me through the process. Its hard to find great service now days and these guys delivered. I will definitely be back for any of my electrical needs!
Called late on a Friday night about a residential smoke alarm issue. My call was handled professionally and courteously even given the hour I made it. I was first on their list within hours, and Joey came to replace, inspect, and check everything. Knowledgable, thorough, and handled every question I had with a positive, upbeat, and respectful attitude. Service call price was super affordable. If I ever have an electrical issue in the future, I will not hesitate to call Professional Electrical Services first.
